Weekly Rates
We rent both from Sat to Sat: ie. Saturdays 5.30pm to Saturdays 10am.

Our per person rates range from only 20 to 55 Euros per night depending upon the season.

What's included?
The rental fee covers the agreed number of guests for the period of the let on the booking form.

It includes 'Fair Use' of electricity and gas (May-Oct*). It includes use of the pool, grounds and facilities.

It also includes a couple of washes per let, per week: normally sufficient. Ecological cleaning materials etc. are also included in the price.

We have everything you might require for children too.

What costs a little extra?
There is a charge for linen (20/15€) per set. This is white, good quality linen: 300 thread count.

We can supply luxurious white bath and hand towel sets by Fenn Wright Manson with pool towels (6€).

A cleaning service will come each Saturday change over day for the final clean at 70/90€ (Pommier/Casot and Bergerie/Atelier respectively). They can also come to clean during your stay at approx 22€ p/h.

We do a couple of washes per let, per week inclusive: which normally is sufficient. We ask for a contribution of 5€ per wash thereafter.

*For lets from November to April, there is a small heating supplement for of 2.50€ per day per person (i.e. 5€ per day for the Gîtes for 2+people, and 10€ per day for the Gîtes for 4+ people).

Firewood is 15€ per wheelbarrow.

We ask for a Security Deposit of 500€. This is given back to you at the end of your stay. We do not hold on to it.
